Our office is committed to providing you and your family with the best dental care available. We do not let insurance
companies dictate your dental treatment. We treatment plan individual cases and facilitate a plan that is amenable to both our office as well as the patient. We will try to maximize all insurance benefits so your out-of-pocket expense is limited. Our office accepts Cash, Checks, Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover. Our office staff can also help you apply for CareCredit, which is a 0% finance option, to help make dentistry more affordable.
Dental Insurance Please remember your dental insurance coverage is based on a contract between your employer and the insurance company. Your policy is then administered between you and the insurance company. We gladly, as a courtesy to our patients, submit claims and advocate for them with the insurance company. However, ultimately the responsibility is between you and the insurance company.
The goal of Pine Mountain Dental is to provide you and your family the best quality dental care available. Our diagnosis and treatment options are not based on what your insurance covers, but rather what is in your best interest. We work to help you maximize your benefits and explain your options. You can choose not to have the work done but we will always present you with the best dentistry has to offer.
It is also important to remember that dental insurance is designed to help offset the cost of treatment, it very rarely pays for treatment in full.
