I was born and raised in Lock Haven. I completed my undergraduate (BS in Biology) from Grove City College, where I played football. I received my doctorate from the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. I have been practicing in Clinton County since 1988 and at our present location in Mc Elhattan since 1998.
I am a member of the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, The Academy of Osseointegration, Spear Study Club, an alumnus of the Dawson Academy, and held a membership in the Seattle Study Club. I am on the board as the advising dentist for the Clinton County Community Dental Clinic.
Early on in my career I became interested in dental implants and full arch reconstruction. I have participated in hundreds of hours of advanced training and continuing education all over the country and in Germany. This education focused on implant placement and restoration, from single teeth to full arch implant supported dentures. Seeing life changing transformations in my patients is one of the most rewarding aspects of my life.
In 1993 I was fortunate to meet my wife Sally and we were married in 1996. She is an integral part of the practice as it would not be where it is today without her involvement. We have 3 children Jessica, Michael and Madison. We have 1 granddaughter, Marisol and 1 grandson, Colton.
As the children grew and participated in sports I coached youth football, baseball, and softball. I have and continue to support our young athletes, sponsoring teams and players from Little League to College. I am an avid outdoorsman and when I’m not working you can usually find me in the woods. I have been fortunate to have traveled and hunted in some of the most remote areas in North America. I also enjoy fly fishing, hiking, golfing and PSU athletics.
